I am completing my senior year as a Literature Major at The Evergreen State College. I will be attending graduate school in Library Sciences for the 2013 Fall semester.
Experience
During my undergraduate education, I was a private writing tutor for 5 university students. By working with me one-on-one, they were able to increase reading comprehension and writing skills exponentially. My relevant test scores are as follows: - scored a 4.5 on the Analytical Writing portion of the 2012 GRE - scored in the 73 percentile on the Verbal Reasoning portion of the 2012 GRE Not only am I highly qualified to assist in classroom related reading & writing assignments, but also in all college application materials pertaining to writing, and the essay portions of standardized tests. My pedagogical approach is one of fun and constructive criticism. However gentle the above may sound, my students do not get away with slacking in their work. To be honest, reading and writing becomes something the students genuinely enjoy!

Hobbies
In terms of intellectual stimulation I enjoy reading classic literature, science fiction, astrophysics, and studying history. As for entertainment, I mostly listen to the musical genres of K-Pop, Hip-hop, Rock, and Classical. Outdoor activities I'm passionate about include Rugby, hiking, dog walking, and the ocean.
